JOB DESCRIPTION

As a highly organized and detailed professional with a proven track record of client success, you are the support for the key client experience lead and will work together as a team to deliver of all client materials. You possess in-depth knowledge of social and digital media and are adept at leveraging that knowledge/experience to deliver high-quality work to clients. You can identify social strategies and marketing plans that will be successful in specific client goals and support the delivery of a successful plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Oversee the content planning for dedicated client portfolio; ensure the production of effective

social media posts designed to accomplish specific client’s key goals and objectives

● Directly support dedicated Senior Account Executive with the production of client materials and

day-to-day client communications for a hospitality client portfolio encompassing upwards of 30

accounts

● Act as day-to-day client point of contact when team lead is offsite for client travel

● Manage a dedicated, international remote Junior Account Executive to ensure timely delivery of

high-quality client content calendars and performance insights

● Demonstrate a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives and overarching

marketing plans to bring success via social media deliverables

● Monitor content performance and develop regular integrated analyses for clients; develop

insights and recommendations for future content

● Attend and lead (when applicable) client calls; responsible for the development of all call recaps

● Assist with development and implementation (as applicable) of content capture materials,

including content planning strategy and onsite photography agenda

● Work with internal teams on the development of social and digital advertising content, including

Media & Analytics and Creative Teams

● Oversee all influencer partnerships, including campaign creation, partner vetting and

contracting, content development, program oversight, and campaign reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor’s degree required

● 2+ year of experience in social media, brand, or digital marketing working on large scale social

communication campaigns

● Deep knowledge of social media tools and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,

LinkedIn, Pinterest

● Adept at performing in a fast-paced environment

● Experience developing and maintaining client relationships

● Proven success managing a multi-client portfolio

● Proven success working in a fast-paced environment and with other partner agencies

● Demonstrated ability to handle conflict and crisis resolution with client teams

● Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects and budgets

● Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once

● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation

platforms

DESIRED QUALITIES

● Experience in identifying digital and social trends to showcase value-adds for clients

● Knowledge of paid media and digital analytics

● Experience working with luxury and/or hospitality clientele a plus

● Ability to travel, up to 25% throughout the year
