There is an overwhelming amount of data being generated every day on who is your true audience, and when, where, and how you should be reaching them—yet almost none of the available data is ever being utilized.

Sandie Milberg from Varick, a cross-channel digital marketing company, will be leading the conversation discussing how companies and brands are finding innovative ways to disrupt how data is being analyzed and used in advertising. We will be hearing perspectives from Jason Dailey at Facebook, one of the largest data companies in the world; Austin Wright from Ansira, a performance marketing agency co-headquartered here in Dallas; and Andrea Morin from Credit Union of Texas and FairLease, providing a brand direct viewpoint.

Sandie Milberg
MODERATOR: Sandie Milberg, Chief Revenue Officer at Varick Media

Sandie is the Chief Revenue officer at Varick Media. A veteran in the media industry, she has over 15 years of media sales and technology experience. Her expertise lies in developing sales strategy, business growth, and client development.

Prior to joining Varick Media, Milberg was Vice President, East Sales for Underdog Media, the first fully customizable media network. Previously, she was VP, East at Rocket Fuel where she built out the eastern region. Over her career, she has focused on helping companies build and develop their sales teams and sales strategies.

Milberg graduated with honors from Brown University and holds the school record in the javelin. She resides in Fairfield, CT, with her husband Charlie, daughter Dylan, and dog Woodrow.

Jason Dailey
PANELIST: Jason Dailey, U.S. Agency Partner Development Lead at Facebook

Jason is the U.S. Agency Partner Development lead at Facebook. In this role he partners with some of the largest agencies and clients to help them drive meaningful business outcomes on Facebook’s platforms and leads an initiative to help Performance agencies optimize their Social investment. Prior to Facebook, he was the SVP of Search, Social and Performance Marketing at Mediavest. As the practice lead, he led the conception and delivery of performance media solutions, including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and ecommerce for clients such as P&G, Honda, Sprint, and Citibank. Prior to Mediavest, he spent 9 years at Microsoft Advertising in various sales and service roles in the US and Canada.

Jason has spoken extensively at a number of high profile industry events in the US and Canada, such as SES, SMX, Search Insider Summit, and Advertising Week, on topics related to Search, Social, Multi-Screen Engagement, and the Future of Digital Media. He received a B.S. from MIT and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Andrea D. Morin
PANELIST: Andrea D. Morin, Vice President of Digital Strategy at Credit Union of Texas & FairLease

Andrea D. Morin brings over 16 years of advertising, marketing, public relations and social media agency experience combined with 4 years of corporate digital technology consulting to Credit Union of Texas and FairLease, CUTX’s auto leasing arm, as Vice President of Digital Strategy. She specializes in developing and executing effective customer journey engagement experiences through an omni-channel marketing approach by seamlessly integrating all consumer touch points through digital and physical channels, while uniting the sales, marketing and customer service operations. With a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington, Andrea boasts an extensive background in digital technology, digital marketing, public relations, advertising, promotions, traditional marketing, branding and guerrilla marketing campaigns.

Previously in her role as Senior Social Business Strategist and Consultant at Unisys Corp., Andrea worked with clients on their digital workspace transformation, social business implementation and social media listening strategies. In her role as Senior Social Strategist at Social Factor, a social media agency, Andrea oversaw the entire strategic development for all clients, led the community management team, designed the agency’s social engagement and listening techniques, and implemented detailed ROI metrics and analytics reports that provided tremendous value for clients.

Andrea’s impressive track record also includes serving as: the director of public relations and social media for Ilfusion, a digital marketing agency, where she developed social media strategies for 25+ local, national and international brands; the president and co-founder of Halo Design & Marketing, a creative agency, where she handled publicity and branding efforts, social media marketing and website design for clients; brand manager where she developed music branding strategies for brands and implemented grassroots marketing campaigns in the music industry; and post production supervisor for a Los Angeles post-production facility. Andrea has been awarded numerous ADDY’s in her career and has presented at numerous conferences and events.

Austin Wright
PANELIST: Austin Wright, SVP, Strategic Planning at Ansira

Mr. Loyalty. Austin has been driving customer engagement for over 17 years. He has enabled marketers across the restaurant, retail, travel and financial services verticals to engender irrational loyalty and drive business goals. Austin has launched or updated over a dozen loyalty programs. He has had the privilege of working with some of the biggest brands in their respective verticals; Apple, Chili’s, Domino’s, Nestle, Best Buy, AMC Theaters, Famous Footwear, Panera, Naturalizer, HEB, Albertson’s, Abercrombie & Fitch, Rug Doctor, Select Comfort, Citibank and Nothing Bundt Cakes.

He has the unique skill set of not only understanding the complex relationships between consumers, brands and emerging trends but he also understands the “technical” side of marketing as well. His background in analytics, database marketing and marketing systems enables him to glean insights from data but also partner with marketers to construct solutions that are feasible, scalable and impactful.
