April Steinbach

April Steinbach | Organic/BBDO | Creative Director

April has worked in advertising long enough to know that if you like the work you’re working on and the people you are working with to make that work, then things are working out pretty darn well.
Currently April is a Creative Director at Organic/BBDO working with amazingly talented people to craft ideas for AT&T. Before that, she spent 10 years at TM Advertising leading teams to create campaigns for American Airlines, Bausch + Lomb, Community Coffee, Discover Financial Network, Japan Airlines, Match.com and Perot Museum of Nature and Science.
She has been featured in Communication Arts, the New York Times, Ad Age Creativity, the Webbys, ad:tech, the OMMA Awards, the AAF Addys, and was most recently recognized as a 2017 AAF Dallas Shining Star.

April graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where she met her husband, Dave. They have two kiddos, a mutt named Daisy, and are still mourning the loss of their beloved Steve, quite possibly the world’s oldest Beta fish.

Shon Rathbone

Shon Rathbone | 3Headed Monster | Founder, Chief Storyteller

Shon is the founder and chief storyteller at 3Headed Monster, a 2017 Ad Age Small Agency of the Year. He has over 25 years experience writing and creative directing integrated campaigns for blue chip agencies like Leo Burnett, Carmichael Lynch and Hal Riney. His work has been recognized by every major award show including the One Show, Effie, Comm Arts and Cannes. With 3Headed Monster, he won 9 Addys in 2017.

Prior to starting 3Headed Monster, Shon was the EVP Executive Creative Director at Publicis Dallas. He is a guest lecturer at his alma mater Michigan State University and recently sold his first screenplay.

Roger Ricardo

Roger Ricardo | Kernel

Roger graduated from Full Sail University in 2008 with his Bachelors in Film and Television Production. He is currently a producer at the Kernel Agency with Spectrum Reach for the DFW region. His Father always instilled a, “work hard and start from the bottom” mentality and his mother always promoted “work from the heart”, and with that mantra Roger has evolved from Gofer to Gaffer to Producer.

Roger’s passion is to collaborate and produce stories that inspire, motivate, and engage.
Outside of producing, Roger also likes to spend his free time helping friends and family with taxes and discussing generally accepted accounting principles.
